  • Not at all. Every client receives the same evidence-based, compassionate care, no matter their payment level. Your experience, time, and outcomes matter equally.

  • Because accessibility is part of our mission. Dr. Sam created The Educated Pelvis with the belief that pelvic health should be a standard, not a privilege — and that starts by removing barriers to care.

Payment & Policies

  • The Educated Pelvis is an out-of-network, fee-for-service practice and payment is due at the time of service. We accept HSA, FSA, check, cash, and all major credit cards. You will be provided with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

  • To avoid a 50% appointment fee, please cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance.

  • Good Faith Estimates for health care items and services under the No Surprise Act are available upon request.
