Hi there, I’m Dr. Sam

A woman with long brown hair and a turquoise shirt sitting at a desk, holding a pelvis anatomical model, smiling at the camera, with a laptop in front of her and medical diagrams on the wall behind.

Your Columbus, Ohio Provider for Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

I went from leaking and experiencing back and pelvic pain postpartum to feeling strong, continent, and pain-free—I’m thrilled to show you how, too.

Our work at The Educated Pelvis helps patients become more knowledgeable about the muscles and organs in and around the pelvis so that you can live your best life without shame or pain. My goal is to normalize conversations about common pelvic dysfunctions and to help seek treatments right here in Columbus, OH.

I do this work because everyone deserves support, education, and care that truly meets them where they are. When I gave birth in Copenhagen, I saw how powerful it can be to feel safe and supported at home. That experience inspires how I practice today—helping clients understand their bodies, find relief, and feel confident in their wellbeing.

On a mission to normalize pelvic health

I believe all folks deserve empathetic, inclusive pelvic health care—meeting you where you are, walking alongside you, and providing the knowledge, treatments, and support you need to reach your goals.

    Postpartum Pelvic Health Care

To support you and encourage the healing process, I offer an assessment 2-3 weeks post birth in the comfort of your home. At 6-8 weeks, I recommend a full body evaluation that will help determine the best plan to support you in your next chapter.
